Adult & Child Activities
Our pilot activity programme is being delivered in partnership with Suffolk County Council, Tree House Children’s Centre, Ravenswood Children’s Centre and the Ravenswood GP Surgery.
The programme is designed to deliver activities that encourage parents and guardians to get active with their children in a range of different activities.
Evidence shows that physical activity improves your health and wellbeing and reduces the chances of you and your child developing health conditions.
Recently had a baby and need to get active? Struggling with childcare? Then Buggy fitness is for you!
Gentle yoga sessions especially designed around the needs of pregnant ladies and those ready to exercise after pregnancy.
How can I get involved?
You can access these activities through the following routes:
- Referral from Ravenswood GP Surgery
- Referral from your Health Visitor or Support Worker
- Referral from the Children’s Centre
If you are interested in accessing this programme you must first register with us by completing our Expression of Interest form.
All participants will be set up with a free Booking iCard which will allow you to book activities.
