Requirements
1) Participants must be able to swim at least 25m
2) Participants must be confident in water
3) Participants must wear appropriate clothing (no bikinis, swimming briefs, thongs or other swimwear that may be deemed inappropriate). The instructor has final say on clothing that is worn.
