myIpswichFit How To Book

Book Now

myIpswichFit now allows members to book activities on behalf of linked members.

How to book an activity

FAQ's
  1. Go to our online booking site.
  2. Select ‘Login to your account
  3. Enter your details if you are booking on behalf of your child.
    *If your child has their own myIpswichfit account (and not linked to your own) enter their login details
  4. Go to ‘Make a Booking’
  5. Select the site, this is where the activity is taking place.
  6. Click on ‘Linked Members’ to open up all of your linked members. 
  7. Select the person you want to book for.
    *This is important as not doing this will mean you book for yourself rather than your child.
  8. Choose the date of your activity, find your activity listed underneath and click ‘Add to Basket’
  9. Select the basket in the top right-hand corner and press ‘Checkout’
  10. Check the booking is correct and that the name of your child is stated. Then read the Terms and Conditions and click the tick box agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and select ‘Pay Now’.
  11. You will receive a confirmation of the transaction which will also be emailed to your main person’s email.
  12. You can then find the booking details by clicking on the Home button in the top left, going to ‘Manage My Bookings’ and all your bookings for yourself and made for any Linked Members will be listed there, with the name of the person that’s been booked on.

How to book Multiple Activities

  1. Go to our online booking site.
  2. Select ‘Login to your account
  3. Enter your details if you are booking on behalf of your child.
    *If your child has their own myIpswichfit account (and not linked to your own) enter their login details
  4. Go to ‘Make a Booking’
  5. Select the site, this is where the activity is taking place.
  6. Click on ‘Linked Members’ to open up all of your linked members.
  7. Select the person you want to book for.
    *This is important as not doing this will mean you book for yourself rather than your child.
  8. Choose the date of your activity, find your activity listed underneath and click ‘Add to Basket’
  9. Once you have added an activity to the basket, to add another child to that activity go to ‘Linked Member’ and select another account, proceed to the activity and ‘Add to Basket’
  10. If you want to add more activities across different sites then choose the Site for the activity and the date and select the activity. Just double check the Linked Member is still the child you wish to book for.
  11. Keep adding activities into your Basket until finished.
  12. Select the basket in the top right-hand corner and press ‘Checkout’
  13. Check the bookings are correct and that the name/s of your child/children are stated next to the correct activities. Then read the Terms and Conditions and click the tick box agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and select ‘Pay Now’.
  14. You will receive a confirmation of the transaction which will also be emailed to your main person’s email.
  15. You can then find the booking details by clicking on the Home button in the top left, going to ‘Manage My Bookings’ and all your bookings for yourself and made for any Linked Members will be listed there, with the name of the person that’s been booked on.

You are able to book multiple activities for multiple Linked Members in one go. Just double-check the Linked Member you are clicked on and ensure you have the right Site for your activity.

How to Cancel an Activity

FAQ's
  1. Login to your myIpswichfit account.
  2. Go to ‘Manage My Bookings’
  3. Locate the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click the ‘Cancel’ button attached to the booking you wish to cancel
  5. Select ‘Yes’ to confirm cancellation.

A confirmation email will be sent to your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Booking
Does my iCard guarantee that I can take part in an activity?

No, all activities will be on a first-come, first-served basis. All activities (except swimming) can be booked seven days in advance to avoid disappointment, please check www.ipswichfit.co.uk/summerholidayicard for further details. 

All activities must be booked online prior to arrival, bookings can be made over on myIpswichFit.

Book ahead policy
All sessions are bookable up to seven days in advance. You can book your place online on myIpswichFit.
Non-attendance at pre-booked activities

If you fail to attend an activity on more than two occasions for which you have made a booking with us and not notified us, your membership will be immediately suspended. You can cancel a booking for an activity at any time by contacting one of the Centres, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible to allow us enough time to re-let the space.

Do you ever ask for ID?
We have the right to ask for ID. The iCard entitles only the person named when it was activated to participate in the appropriate activities at Ipswich Borough Council facilities. 
Cancellation
Activities can be cancelled online via myIpswichFit – just go to ‘Manage my Bookings’. If you have paid for your activity, please complete a ‘Cancellation and Refund Request form’ which can be found at https://www.ipswichfit.co.uk/manage-your-booking/
