How do I claim the free parking?

Free Parking is only available when you park your vehicle at Crown car park, Claude Street, Ipswich, IP1 3HS on Tuesday 18th February to attend the Bouncy Play session. When you arrive at the venue to book and pay for your session, you will be required to hand over your car parking ticket that would have been dispensed when you entered the car park (so remember to take this with you as validating your ticket can not be done at the car park). Your ticket will then be validated at the venue for 5 hours of free parking. When you return to the car park please make sure you place your ticket in the payment machines located in the Lobby area, or on the surface car park, before you return to your vehicle. You then use that ticket to exit the car park. Please remember when parking before 2pm there is a maximum stay of up to 5 hours. If you exceed this then you will be charged £25.00. All other terms and conditions apply when using Crown car park, these can be found on the price to park boards located near the payment machines or as you enter the car park.

Do I need an iCard to book onto this event?
Yes. In order to secure your space you will need one of our booking cards, which you can sign up for online near the top of this page.
I have an iCard but my child doesn't, can I use my iCard?
Unfortunately not. In order to book your child on your child will need an iCard. Each person being booked on will need their own iCard.
I have a pay monthly iCard. Do I get this event as part of my monthly membership?
No. This event is a separate event to the Sport and Leisure offer so you will need to pay the full rate.
How much are adults?
Adults are free. All adults must be accompanying a paying child.
What if I don't want to book and just want to turn up on the day?
We encourage everyone to pre-book. We expect the event to be popular and there are limited spaces available so once those spaces are filled you won’t be able to access the session. All pre-bookings get priority entry and those turning up on the day will need to queue with no guarantee of entry.
How do the sessions work?
In order to give people a chance to access the activities we have split them into 3 session. Each session is 2 hours long. At the end of each session everyone will be asked to leave so the area can be made ready for the next session.
What if I want to book more than one session?
You can book onto a maximum of 2 sessions but at the end of each session you will need to come off the equipment, so the equipment can be sorted. During the down times no one will be allowed on the equipment for safety reasons. You will be able to check into all your sessions at the start of your first session to save you having to leave the hall.
Do I have to pay for each session?
Yes, each session you book onto will be chargeable so for example, booking onto 2 sessions with an 8 yr old will cost £10. You will only get 5 hours free parking regardless the number of sessions you book.
How do I check in before my session?
So you are able to make the full use of your 2 hours we request you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time and no earlier than 30 minutes before the start time. When you get to the Town Hall/Corn Exchange follow the signs to the Bouncy Play entrance where you will be greeted by a member of staff.
Are the activities manned?
Yes. We will have staff on hand to oversee the activities and manage numbers across the castles. The Tots Zone, whilst not manned will have a member of staff managing entry to ensure that the area stays appropriate and safe for the younger ones. We will also have full First Aid cover.
Can adults take part in the activities?
Adults are welcome to take part in the activities in the Family Zone with their children, but other than to help their children navigate the activities in the other areas they won’t be able to go on the castles or play in the dodgeball.
Will food and drink be available?
There will be tables and chairs laid out for families and a range of food and drink on sale for adults and children. So if you wish to have your lunch with us you are more than welcome.
