Junior Sports Sessions
Activities for all ages
We run a variety of casual junior sports sessions every week for under 17’s across our Ipswich Fit facilities.
All sessions are bookable up to seven days in advance. You can book your place online or by visiting one of our centres.

Junior Athletics
Junior Athletics is a fun session with our qualified coaches, teaching you everything you need to know about running, jumping, and throwing!
Please note this session takes place outside so please bring appropriate clothing, as well as a drink.

Junior Soccer 4-7 Years
Junior soccer is a fun, mixed ability, non-competitive football session for children aged 4-7. This football session is perfect for any child who would love an opportunity to play football, learn new skills and meet friends.
Come prepared! We recommend loose comfortable clothing (tracksuits, shorts, and t-shirts), trainers or moulded football boots, a full water bottle and any medication (inhalers etc).

Learn to Skate
Learn to Skate is for 5+ years.
Coached Roller Skating session for children aged 5 and over. Bring your own skates or use ours. Learn new moves and how to stay safe on wheels in a fun, friendly environment.
Trampolining
Trampolining is for 4 -16 year olds.
1 hour coached session for children who are encouraged to work through Achievement Certificates. Children are restricted to one session per day.
