Introducing a new faster, easier way to manage your bookings.

 

Here you can cancel any bookings that you are no longer able to attend. All bookings should be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance of the activity taking place where it is possible to do so to allow the opportunity for that space to be booked by someone else.

If you wish to cancel a booking made with your monthly membership then please use the monthly membership section.

If you have paid for your booking and wish to cancel then please use the ‘Paid Bookings Management’ section.

Monthly Member Booking Management

You can cancel any future sessions that you are not able to attend, that have been booked on your monthly membership.

Step 1 – Log in to Online Bookings
Step 2 – Go to ‘your bookings’
Step 3 – Find the booking you wish to cancel and press the small ‘X’ next to the session.

Paid Bookings Management

If you can no longer attend a booking that you have paid for and wish to cancel please complete the following steps:

Step 1 – Fill out our cancellation and refund request form below
Step 2 – A member of our team will contact you to process your refund.
