MIND AND MOVEMENT
Working in partnership with Suffolk Mind, we have developed a 10 week Mind and Movement course designed to help you keep mentally and physically active.
The course aims to promote movement via our yoga sessions whilst combining holistic wellbeing from Suffolk Mind.

Who is Mind and Movement for?
This is for anyone that is looking to be more physically active and anyone that wants to consider their emotional health. Whether you’ve been referred from your GP, self-referred or you have decided to book yourself on, anyone aged 16 years or over is welcome.
What do I wear?
Clothing appropriate for physical exercise, particularly based around stretching
Do I need to bring any equipment with me?
If you have a yoga mat that is fine to bring, otherwise everything is provided for you. Just bring yourself ready to go!
Do I need to attend all sessions?
Whilst we always understand that things come up it is expected that all participants book on expecting to attend all the sessions. Due to the nature of the content if you miss too many sessions you won’t get what you need from the course.
