Monday and Tuesday nights at Northgate Sports Centre are getting a makeover for 2018! The new look programme will include a range of classes for all ages and abilities. From Low Impact Fitness to HIIT Circuits, from Dance Fit to Aerobic Box Conditioning we have something for everyone!

An fun dance inspired aerobic workout with high and low impact sequences to help improve your general fitness and burn calories. Suitable for all levels of fitness. No dance experience required.
7:15pm – 6:00pm (GYM)
A 45 minute conditioning class which consists of three 15 minute cycles – starting with a 15 minute warm up and cardio, 15 minutes of functional fitness which may involve weights and step platforms and ending with 15 minutes of core and stretch exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels as lower options available.
6:10pm – 6:55pm (GYM)
A 60 minute conditioning class consisting of three 20 minute cycles – starting with a 20 minute warm up and cardio part, a 20 minute functional fitness and ending with 20 minutes of core and stretch exercises. Suitable for moderate to high fitness levels and lower options available if required.
6:00pm – 7:00pm (GYM)
Aerobic Box Conditioning – inspired by mixed martial arts – a high energy combat style class aiming to improve your strength, speed, agility and coordination. It is perfect for overall toning in a challenging, safe and fun environment, using non-contact styles. Suitable for fitness users at moderate to high levels.
7:10pm – 7:55pm (GYM)
Low Impact Fitness
A gentle exercise based class to music, aiming to increase flexibility, mobility, strength and cardiovascular component with a range of seated, standing and resistance based exercises. Suitable for fitness users who require a lower intensity and impact level.
4:00pm – 5:00pm (GYM)
High Intensity Interval Training (Circuits) – class comprising high intensity cardiovascular and muscular exercise intervals. The cardio work will help to elevate the heart rate to burn fat while the muscular work will help tone and build muscles. This class may requires the use of weights and other fitness equipment and is suitable for moderate to high fitness levels with low options if required.
