There are many benefits to using an outdoor gym; they are free to use and a fun and effective way to stay active safely. The gyms are an excellent way to maintain/lose weight, strengthen your body and increase fitness levels. It’s easy to keep active when there’s an outdoor gym nearby.

There is no need for an instructor as the equipment is safe and simple to use.

Exercising in the fresh air feels great and is good for your mental wellbeing too, also helps you get some vitamin D from natural daylight whilst hearing the soothing sounds of the local wildlife and immersing yourself in nature.

You can use this equipment when out doing a run/walk to add something extra to your workout.

Suitable for 12 years+ and all abilities, from beginners to advanced users.
