Walk and Talk

Our Walk and Talk sessions have been designed in conjunction with One Life Suffolk to provide an opportunity for people to take part in group walks and get support and guidance on mental health issues. Anyone can participate and the walk is accessible for all ages, abilities and is fully inclusive.

On the walk you will have a chance to discuss a range of issues around mental health and to understand where support and guidance can be found.

The walk finishes with teas and coffees at Gainsborough Sports Centre.
