Ipswich Wellbeing walks

Walking is a great way to get active, get moving and is excellent for your physical and mental health. We are supporting more people into walking through a range of health walks across Ipswich, working with Feel Good Suffolk to deliver more walks across local communities in Ipswich.

Wellbeing Walks are led by trained leaders. The walks are graded from 1-5 based on their difficulty, with 1 being the easiest and 5 being the most challenging.

All the Wellbeing Walks are free.
